This area represents the parts of Wichita with some of the oldest infrastructure. As part of the Community Investments Plan it represents a part of Wichita that will need substantial reinvestment in infrastructure. Therefore, this area should receive some focus for renewed residential and commercial development in order to recoup some of the cost associated with repairing and replacing infrastructure.
